There have been 140 sales in Coal Harbour so far this year. Ninety-two of these were under $1 million, twenty-two were between $1m-$1.5m., ten were between $1.5m-$2m.,  ten were between $2m. and $3m. and six were over $3m.

June sees a +75% Increase in Sales YTD

Short supply and high demand have added rocket feul to Vancouver's Real Estate Market once again.  With sales volume of to 4,259 transaction in June closely rivaling the record-breaking performance of June 2005 when 4,333 sales were recorded.
