With $500,000 to $700,000 to spend you would have afforded an 800 square foot one-bedroom in The Bauhinia across the street from the Coal Harbour marina for $547,500 or for $655,000 a 900 square foot one bedroom on the 37th floor of Shaw Tower.
With a million dollars you could have purchased a two bedroom apartment of 1266 square feet in the waterfront Denia building. Your apartment wouldn’t have a full view of Coal Harbour and the mountains, but you’d be in a waterfront building with luxurious amenities.
$1.250m would have gotten you into The Escala on the Coal Harbour waterfront in a 2 bedroom of 1100 sq ft with a nice view on the 10th floor.
$2m. in April would have put you into just above the seawall-level, good Coal Harbour view, and just over 2200 square feet with 2 bedrooms in the very luxurious One Harbour Green.
$2.5m in April would have netted you almost 2000 square feet with 2 bedrooms and a perfect view on the 25th floor of Callisto, or a similar apartment in Shaw Tower.
For $3.7m in February you could have bought a 2400 square foot 2 bedroom on a high floor in Two Harbour Green and enjoyed a perfect Coal Harbour view at a truly luxurious address.
To get closer to 3300 square feet and 3 bedrooms on the Coal Harbour waterfront you would have paid $5m as of June for a high floor in One Harbour Green. Or you could have purchased from the plans a presale unit in Three Harbour Green which is currently under construction and paid $5.4m for 2600 square feet.
Top dollar so far this year has been the recent sale at $6.5m. for an entire high floor in Shaw Tower.
