Vancouver has entered that next phase of culinary stardom--the discovery by big brand Michelin-approved international chefs opening signature dining rooms.  The Globe and Mail ran the following story on Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten who will be opening "Market" in the Shangri-la Hotel in January.  Starry, starry nights ahead:
