Coal Harbour

is comprised of 23 acres stretching from Canada Place to Cardero Street along the Burrard Inlet shore. Coal Harbour, and the Bayshore Gardens development to its west, form the first residential neighbourhood to be planned and built along Burrard Inlet. The area offers gorgeous views of the North Shore mountains, Stanley Park, Lions Gate Bridge, Canada Place, the Convention Center, and to the Port of Vancouver to the east. With its close proximity to Stanley Park, Denman Street, Robson Street and Vancouver's financial core, Coal Harbour has become one of Vancouver's preferred neighbourhoods.

A beautifully landscaped walkway dotted with installation art,  sculptures, and gardens,  connects Coal Harbour to the Stanley Park seawall, giving residents easy access to the parks' running and bike trails.

There is also a community centre, playgrounds, a marina, a children's water park and several restaurants accessible from the Coal Harbour seaside walkway (see our "links" page). Float plane service from Coal Harbour allows Coal Harbour residents a convenient means of reaching Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands and points beyond. Vancouver's downtown heliport is also just minutes away--making Whistler, Victoria and Seattle a short helicopter commute from home. There is also watertaxi service to Bowen Island.

The modern, thoughtful design of the Coal Harbour buildings featured on our web site are sure to entice you to make Coal Harbour home. We represent re-sale properties only but are happy to assist you with negotiating a purchase at pre-sale stage in any of Coal Harbour's showrooms. We look forward to your call.
